Management Accountant
We currently have a new vacancy within our Outsourcing Department for a Management Accountant. Our Outsourcing Department provides a specialist service, offering a range of solutions which include bookkeeping, management accounts reporting, VAT, company secretarial work and payroll for a large portfolio of clients.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience of working in practice in an outsourcing department as a bookkeeper, providing a bookkeeping service and producing management accounts for clients. We would expect the successful candidate to be AAT qualified or equivalent and have practice experience in producing management accounts. We would also expect the successful candidate to have good client contact skills, confidence with numbers and numeracy, good spoken and written English and have a logical and analytical approach to solving problems.
After successfully completing a six-month probation period your principal duties will be to assist in the efficient operation of preparing and/or assisting with client’s bookkeeping requirements. This may also mean assisting with the review, design, preparation and/or implementation of book-keeping systems, management accounts and VAT returns as required.
