We are looking for an organised and proactive Financial Services Administrator to join our independent wealth management firm based in our Jesmond office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners to ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of financial services processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to financial advisers and the wider team
  • Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate client records
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and third parties in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitoring workflows and ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines
  • Maintaining compliance and confidentiality standards
  • Supporting the delivery of excellent client service at all times

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a Financial Services Administrator role
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong client focus with a professional and personable approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office systems and a knowledge of Intelliflo would be advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude
