Client Manager (Audit & Assurance)
What is your favourite thing about working for Robson Laidler?
My colleagues – there is a real family feel to the firm. Everyone works together well as a team and socially we’re all a good bunch too!
What is your favourite book?
The Hunger Games or The Divergent Series – I’m not a big reader!
Who is your favourite music artist/group?
Gareth Emery or Armin Van Buuren (unless you’re into Trance you probably haven’t heard of them!)
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Running as much as possible! I am part of a running club and compete in regular road races, cross country championships, park runs as well as half marathons such as the Great North Run.
If you could have a superpower, what would you choose?
To be able to teleport. That way I could travel abroad even more – just pop to Rome for a morning run around the Colosseum and be back for lunch and then have cocktail on the beach in Cyprus at 5pm!
What is something that nobody knows about you?
I applied for The Apprentice (junior version) when I was in Year 12 and was invited down to London. I almost got on the show but my business idea at the time let me down! Quote that my idea sounded like ‘a logistical nightmare’…one to work on…
And finally… Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Career wise I’d like to be a Director by then. Outside of that I’d also like to have ran a couple of the 6 big global marathons (London, Boston, New York, Chicago, Tokyo & Berlin).
