“With Jack at the helm, our advisory services has an exciting future and he will now also join the rest of the Directors in contributing to the strategic direction of RL and the shape of the business going forward.”

Graham Purvis is also proud that the firm nurtures and develops its own people internally with Jack now being the 5th trainee to progress through to a director position.

Graham commented: “Our commitment to learning and development continues to evolve to meet shifting needs and support sustainability and succession. The rise of many of our younger directors is evidence of this, and that we support the personal and professional growth of our people.”
